Before You Book
Trial Requirement
New boarding and daycare clients must complete a scheduled trial day prior to their first stay. This allows us to assess comfort level, social fit, and overall suitability.
Vaccination Status
All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations. Proof must be submitted and reviewed before your booking can be confirmed.
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your dates. You will receive a separate confirmation once availability is verified.
Hours & Windows
Please book within our designated drop-off and pick-up hours. This supports structured rest periods and a calm kennel environment.
